Lina Zachanox is a company based in Sweden. We sell our online products and courses worldwide through our online shop linazachanox.com and zachanox.com
PAYMENT
In co-operation Stripe, we offer card payments.

For Swedish customers, we offer Swish payments.
Our products’ prices are by default in SEK including Swedish VAT.
We reserve the right to change the prices without any forewarning.
The prices should be accurate when ordering and are valid, no matter if the prices go up or down after the order is made.
In the check-out, you can see the total price and any applicable discounts.
SWISH
All products should be payed for immediately during the checkout. If you choose to pay with Swish, you are bound to do so within 3 days after your order. For delayed payment, we will invoice you, adding an invoice fee of 25 SEK. If the invoice is overdue, we’ll send a reminder with a reminder fee of 50 SEK. If you don’t respond to our e-mailed invoice, we will send the invoice to your mailing address. Non-payments will be forwarded to dept collection with their extra fees.
ORDERING, PURCHASING AND ACCESSING
After you have purchased from our online shop, you bind yourself to only using them for your personal use, in the way they are intended. You agree that all communication regarding your order/purchase is made via the email you provided at the point of purchase. Please also check if any of our emails are in your spam.
When you are purchasing from our online shop, you must provide correct information. You agree to submit the right information needed for any further use of the product/products. If you submit an incorrect email address, username, contact name, and more, Lina Zachanox will not be held responsible for any delay of access or non-accesses if you have submitted incorrect information and agree to contact us immediately to rectify it.
You agree to keep your accessing information to our site confidential and secure. All activity made on your account, you as the account owner, are held accountable.
Our website, content, and products fall under the Copyright Law, any attempts to reproduce, resell, trade, duplicate or copy any of the materials is strictly prohibited.
Lina Zachanox reserve the right to terminate any use breaching the terms and conditions. This includes suspicion of illegal or abusive activities. Any illicit activities noticed will be reported to appropriate law enforcement. Lina Zachanox reserves the right to terminate any account associated with harassment, bullying, or threats to any student, trainer, employee, or associate. No refunds are issued related to any termination that breaches these terms and conditions.
We do not guarantee any result from our products. Lina Zachanox or any person related to the company will not be held accountable for any damages or injuries to horse(s), person(s), or property made, whist using or replicating our product or in any connection to our products. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you release Lina Zachanox from all liability for any act of negligence or want of ordinary care. In joining any or all courses, with agreeing to these terms, you waiver, release, and discharge Lina Zachanox , employees, representatives, instructors, heirs, and assigns from all claims or liability for injury to any animal, person, or property.
Lina Zachanox does not recommend using any of the products for persons under 18 without parental, guardian, or grown-up supervision. ahc.zachanox.com does not knowingly collect data from persons under 16. Any use of the site under the age of 18 must be done with a parent or guardian’s approval.
Any use of the site, products, or downloads made to and from our site is done by your own volition. Lina Zachanox will not be held accountable for damage caused to your mobile unite, computer, tablet, or other means of usage.
BY AGREEING TO THIS TERMS, YOU AT THIS MOMENT WAIVE LINA ZACHANOX OF ALL POSSIBLE LIABILITY AND WILL CONSULT YOUR TRAINER, HORSE PHYSICIAN, OR VETERINARIAN BEFORE EXECUTING ON ANY INFORMATION LEARNED OR INTERPRETED FROM THIS WEBSITE.

DIGITAL GOODS
The Rights of Return do not fall under digital goods as they cannot be returned because of the nature they were obtained.
As the terms and conditions state, Lina Zachanox does not guarantee any results and will not be held accountable for not reaching the same results as shown in the products.
OTHER
We follow the” Allmänna reklamationsnämndens,” The National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) of Sweden, and the Swedish law if any dispute occurred.
Lina Zachanox reserves the right for any delays, technical issues, postponement of release dates, and inaccurate product information. Lina Zachanox reserve the rights for price changes in the online shop without any prior notice. Orders made before the price change will remain the same.
